As a Tutor- Yes! You can. HAT policy states that you have to give 24hrs mandatory notice to the tutee/tutees, doing this carries no charges. However, if you do not give a 24hr notice to your booked tutee/tutees there will be a 40% reduction charge of the cost of that particular session from your wallet or your next scheduled class with any tutee. A percentage of the amount is returned back to the tutee's wallet for any inconveniences the cancelled session may have caused.
